Are The Burning Days Back?
Witch hunter sightings have been reported all over the UK and the US. Five reported attacks have also been reported two of them ending in the death of Arthur Dowel and Silvian Pendragon. Panic is on the rise as people claim that 'The Magical Apocalypse is here,' and 'the Burning days are back.' Are we really in trouble? We asked Mr. Ketivan a director of the security for magical folk and head of the Dragonspot Dungeons this very question. This is what he had to say:
"There in no immediate threat on the magical community. The groups are nothing more then small cults gathered together with bats and sticks. They have no more power then a group of school children. We should not fear any attacks on the community just yet and I see no need to panic. We have everything under control and we are taking down hunters faster then they are organizing themselves. I assure you we already have twenty-five hunters behind bars and that is a large chunk of the group."
He insures that we have peace and can sleep at night. However Professor Humburg of the Druid society disagreed with Mr. Ketivan and argued his pint:
"We should not underestimate the number of hunters out their or their organization. We do indeed have proof that at least 135 members belong to the Witch Hunters Society and we should start to worry. Ignoring the issue will not make it go away. The last time we did this we ended up with a massacre on our hands. I think that we as people need to organize ourselves and find a better solution to this problem."
There you have it. Are we doomed as we were before or is this nothing more then one last burst of rebellion before the calm? Read in with us your number one source of Magic Folk News, The Winches Brew.
