-Please use this form and fill everything out as asked. I am usually not to hard on people but when they skip things or don't fill things out or even ignore the rules...then I tend to address the problem immediately and with heart.
-Yes I do read every profile so don't think you can get away. I am the one who has to move them to the accepted area's where your name is changed and I make sure everything was done the proper way.
